Job description

we are seeking to hire a new host/ess (part-time, only in the evening, closed on Saturday / Sunday).
Under the direction of the Maître d'Hôtel, the host/ess is in charge of reservations, taking them and handling them (reconfirmation, adaptation, etc.), the welcoming of guests and managing the cloakroom, informing the customers, taking orders for the aperitif, he / she makes taxi bookings, orients the guests in the restaurant, participates in the various preparatory works before the arrival of the customers, establishes invoices and serves as support to the team in the dining room for various requests.
